By using Playlisted ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Playlisted lets you export, import, and transfer music playlists between supported platforms (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal). You must use the Service in compliance with these terms and with the terms and policies of the music platforms you connect. We do not guarantee availability of any third-party platform or that all tracks can be transferred.
2. Your account
You may sign in using a supported provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
3. Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of any content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights needed to operate it (e.g. processing and storing playlist data to perform exports, imports, and shares). You must not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the systems or APIs we rely on. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Playlist transfers depend on third-party platforms and their availability and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of those platforms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or inability to transfer playlists. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
